   Glass lined reactor body is composed of reaction vessel, stirrer and transmission system, cooling device, safety device, etc. The sealing port of the glass lined reactor adopts mechanical seal, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of arc surface and plane, arc surface and arc surface in line contact, relying on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surface to achieve a good sealing effect.

  1. The tank and tank cover are composed of stainless steel, glass lined reactor body and flange connection line. The tank cover is a traditional cover plate, both of which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the main bolts and nuts are tightly connected.

  2. The main seal of the glass lined reactor is a two-line seal. The remaining sealing points are sealed by the arc contact with the plane, the arc surface and the arc surface. The reactor relies on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surface to achieve a good sealing effect.

  3. In the glass lined reactor, a cylindrical silicon carbide core is installed outside the reactor, and the electric furnace wire passes through the furnace core. The bottom of the furnace passes through the lower part of the furnace shell and is connected to the controller through a terminal and a rubber sheathed cable.

  4. The lid of the glass lined reactor is equipped with a pressure gauge, a bursting membrane safety device, a vapor-liquid phase valve, a temperature sensor, etc., so that people can understand the reaction in the tank at any time, adjust the ratio of the medium in the tank, and ensure safe operation.

  5. The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force and a pressure bearing sleeve. The agitator of the reactor is driven by a servo motor through a coupling, the speed of the servo motor is controlled, and the purpose of controlling the stirring speed can be achieved.

   6. The upper part of the sleeve is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the stirrer is combined with the inner magnetic ring, the induction coil generates an induced electromotive force. The electric potential corresponds to the stirring speed, and the electric potential can be transferred to the tachometer to display the stirring speed.

   7. The cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the glass lined reactor. When the working temperature is high, the cooling water should be cooled, and the magnetic steel is too high to demagnetize.

   8. The bearings are made of stainless steel or high-strength graphite bearings, with friction loss and long maintenance intervals.

  The tank cover is equipped with a pressure gauge, a bursting film safety device, a vapor-liquid phase valve, a temperature sensor, etc., so that it is easy to know the reaction situation in the tank at any time, adjust the ratio of the medium in the tank, and ensure safe operation. The heating method of the glass lined reactor adopts steam, heat transfer oil, far infrared, and electric heating.
